We offer refunds for items that are:

✔ Defective
✔ Incorrect

To begin a return, contact us at cleocustomerservice3@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We DO NOT offer refunds for:

– Buyer’s remorse
– Incorrect address provided by the customer
– Items that have already shipped

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
